Jacques began his financial-markets career at Van der Hoop Effektenbank, managing relationships with institutional clients and brokers and trading across European markets, including ECU-denominated loans. At Docklands, he applies his institutional trading experience to active portfolio management, with a focus on investment selection, diversification and ongoing risk oversight.
Hylko Zingstra ACSI
Partner
Hylko is a qualified financial adviser specialising in derivatives. He brings 15 years of experience in FX, CFD and derivatives broking, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and the controls that govern trading and execution. He brings this perspective to Docklands’ use of trading technology, helping align innovation with regulatory obligations and best-execution standards. He serves as president of the South East branch of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
